Fast-Flow
Terms of Service
Last updated: July 4, 2026
Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fast-Flow Chrome extension and its companion web app (together, the "Service"), provided by Fast-Flow ("Fast-Flow," "we," "us," or "our"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
Description of the service
Fast-Flow is a Google Calendar assistant. It runs as a Chrome side panel extension, with a web app version planned, and lets you ask questions about your schedule and request changes to your Google Calendar using natural language.
Eligibility
Fast-Flow is intended for use by anyone with a Google Calendar, and is meant to be usable by users of any level of scheduling complexity. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you confirm you have permission from a parent or guardian to use a Google Account and this Service.
Google account and permissions
Fast-Flow uses Google sign-in and requests Google Calendar permissions to carry out the actions you ask for. You are responsible for reviewing what you authorize, and you can revoke Fast-Flow's access at any time from your Google Account permissions or by removing the extension from Chrome.
AI-assisted output
Fast-Flow's responses and calendar actions are generated with the help of an AI language model and may be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing any change made to your calendar before relying on it. Fast-Flow is meant to support planning and organization — it is not a substitute for your own judgment on time-sensitive, financial, medical, legal, or safety-critical matters.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Google's terms of service.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service's normal operation.
- Use automated means to scrape, overload, or abuse the Service or its backend.
- Use the Service to access, request, or process calendar data you're not authorized to view.
Intellectual property
The Fast-Flow name, branding, and the Service's code and design are owned by Fast-Flow or its licensors. Your calendar data and the content of your requests remain yours; using the Service doesn't transfer ownership of that content to Fast-Flow.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Fast-Flow does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its responses will be accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fast-Flow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for missed events, scheduling errors, or other harm arising from your use of or reliance on the Service.
Availability and changes
The Service may change, pause, or stop at any time as it develops. Web app functionality may be introduced, changed, or offered separately from the extension without prior notice.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by revoking Google access or removing the extension. Fast-Flow may suspend or terminate access to the Service for anyone who violates these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are intended to be interpreted fairly and in good faith. Where a specific governing law or venue is required to resolve a dispute, the law of the jurisdiction in which you reside will apply, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Changes to these terms
Fast-Flow may update these Terms as the product evolves. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
